1. Who this covers
This policy covers the iPhone app pippi, this website and its support channel, provided by Masahiro Tanaka (masasaaaan).
2. Videos and local data
References to selected photos, videos and files, copied videos, thumbnails, display names, folders, playback positions and speeds, settings, and watch time and support-purchase state used for tip prompts are stored on your device. They are not sent to the developer’s servers. Access to original videos in iCloud and device backups follows Apple’s and your file provider’s settings.
3. Permissions and deletion
You can change Photos permissions in iPhone Settings. Removing a referenced video from the library leaves the original in place. Deleting a video stored inside pippi removes its local copy and history. Removing the app removes its local app data; manage originals and backups separately with their respective services.
4. Optional purchases
Apple StoreKit processes payments. The app processes verified transaction information and keeps support status locally. The developer does not receive card details, Apple Account passwords or authentication credentials. Apple’s policy applies to purchase information Apple processes.
5. Contacting support
Messages and an optional email address you submit through the dedicated Google Form are received in Google Forms and a private Google spreadsheet. They are used for support, investigation, improvements and replies, never advertising or sale. We retain them while needed for support and delete information no longer needed. Contact the same channel to request deletion. Do not send personal videos or confidential information.
6. Website and external services
Cloudflare Pages hosts this site. Cloudflare may process connection information such as IP addresses for delivery and security. This site includes no advertising or analytics scripts. The contact form is not loaded automatically: choosing its button opens Google’s website. Google’s, Apple’s and Cloudflare’s privacy policies apply to their services.
7. Changes and contact
We update this page when features or data practices change. For questions or deletion requests, use the contact form on the support page.
